Very nice quality velvet jacket tailored perfectly for my rather strange shape (short arms, very wide but long body) and each jacket has always arrived extremely quickly. Little details such as the inner pocket, the inner ticket pocket and the breat pocket are always nicely finished. The velvet feels and acts more like a faux velvet than a heavy weight cotton velvet, but it looks and feels good. My first velvet jacket has been worn most days during the past year and is only now beginning to look a little less than perfect. I've ordered a new jacket exactly the same to replace it and I'm using the older jacket for when I'm not in work. I've also had the same jacket in courdroy. It is warm, well fitting and very well made. Having a jacket tailor made makes far more difference than you think. Perfect length arms, perfect size shoulders and a perfect length flatter anybody far more than an off the peg jacket. It makes me look two sizes smaller and far more professional. More importantly it feels so comfortable having a jacket that fits like a glove. Customer service is excellent - I received an email to double check my arm length and body length was correct which could have been a costly mistake if I had got it wrong (sadly it was right which tells you how odd my sizing is!!). I find the whole process easy to use and I wouldn't consider buying jackets from anywhere else now. For what you get, the price is affordable and provides value for money. [5 of 5 Stars!] |

I had the trooper jacket made to order. Jacket came out great, excellent quality and the measurements where dead on. The only issue I had wasn't really a issue since it's stated on the site. They say they typically dispatch in 2-3 weeks but it's a 4 week maximum. My jacket dispatched EXACTLY 4 weeks after I had ordered it, same day of the week and everything after a 2 week period of no status updates. The jacket did arrive here though over the weekend through UPS which is very strange and arrived to me the following monday after it shipped saturday.
