I can only talk about the shirts, since I haven't ordered other items here yet. The construction and fabric are standard, but the fit is excellent and the turnaround time is really quick for made-to-measure. They're accommodating about additional requests, too.

I love this company. My favourite feature is the ability to add FIXED measurements. I know exactly what i'm getting. Other custom clothes websites I have used didn't have that, and mostly had bad results. My other favourite features are the selection of washes for jeans and the overall selection of clothing types. I actually found the website doing a search for leather jackets. Well done!

I ordered some custom made jeans in leather. I know it sounds corny, but I measured a pair of current, cool jeans and just ordered them in leather. When they arrived, as soon as I put them on, they felt exactly like the jeans I had measured. They look really cool, not at all like the high-rise leather pants everyone else sells. I love this site. I ordered a leather blazer style jacket. It came quite quickly and the quality was excellent. The jacket fitted exactly, but next time I will state a larger seat size to have it looser at the hip area. I was worried that it would like like a man's jacket but it looked just like a woman's blazer. I definitely will be ordering again as I am short so this is the only way I can get clothes to fit.

My boyfriend loved his jeans, the cell phone pocket was exactly like I wanted which worked out really well for having just a picture of my idea to work with. The only complaint he had was the one pair with the gusset crotch made the front of his jeans too tight in the upper thigh area to squat comfortably, he said there could be a little more give in that area, but the non gusset jeans were made perfect for fit, over all they are very nice and look well made, we will definitely order again.

The jeans are fabulous. Thank you. But I wish you guys would get some mercerized denim. I like a little bit of sheen, like the rinse denim Levi's.
These people are not a scam. They really care about making a good quality product. They will EMAIL YOU CONSTANTLY to follow up to make sure you're getting what you want (because sometimes, the customer doesn't know what she wants).
If I had a digital camera, I'd upload a photo for testimonials. But they're legit.

And you guys need high quality photos (front and back) of FINISHED GARMENTS made in good, professional lighting for each of your denim fabrics. It's a guessing game when you're trying to figure out which fabric to choose because the picture quality is so bad. But I love my jeans. :O

The jeans I ordered from makeyourownjeans.com were great!!! I admit, that at first I was very nervous just because of the fact that I have had such bad luck with jeans from regular stores in the past. I have an apple shape, and to make matters worse, I am in the process of losing weight and i'm in between sizes, and I just have the worst luck finding pants that fit right. Usually if they fit my waist, then they are too loose around the seat and thighs, and if they fit my seat and thighs, I wont be able to zip them up. But these jeans fit me PERFECTLY. I am soooo happy with my purchase and definitely will be ordering more when I lose more weight. My one suggestion would be that if they could fix the issue of not being able to send to PO boxes, I was able to receive my jeans but had to answer a couple emails and make a couple phone calls to make sure everything was okay. Thats my only qualm. But it was worth the trouble because the jeans are great and sooo soft and you can just tell that it's good quality denim. I love them and I am sooo glad I found this website because I'll never have to worry about jeans not fitting right again.

I received my jeans yesterday. The fit is excellent and the quality of workmanship very good. At last I don't have to 'make do' with ill fitting jeans. I will be getting more and replacing my old ones. The courier was great too.

This is the FIFTH time and I'm the closet I've come to perfect. Next time, I'll make sure to specify that I do not want the additional fabric to account for the 2% shrinkage as I dry clean my jeans. LOVE YOU GUYS. I've already got my next order in mind...

Just received my 5th pair! I am gradually replacing all my other jeans (7's, Levi's etc) with MYOJ because they are so much better in every way. MYOJ fit better, last longer, feel better,look better and cost less. What more could you want. Oh, how about not having to drive to store after store looking for the fit, material and color you want, and not having to try on pair after pair, and not having to "size up" in one brand because they make a 32" waist 27". I am so happy I found MYOJ. I will continue shopping MYOJ and replacing all my jeans! AMAZING!

This is my second pair! They get BETTER every time! All my regular jeans are useless now! Will always come back to them for a PERFECT fitting pair of jeans! Hello: I have been ordering jeans from this site for a few years now. Recently, I ordered 4 pairs of raw denim jeans, which I use mainly for riding horses. They are great. I ordered them with extra length for riding and a gusset. I can only say that I am very happy with the jeans and the service as well as the price for such a custom product. This is the second pair of jeans I have ordered from MakeYourOwnJeans.com, that should tell you something right there. I am a size that is difficult to find in regular stores, and even when I do find "my size" they never fit the way I want them to. I stumbled across MYOJ a few years ago and decided to give them a try. They were charging the same for custom jeans that I was paying for regular, off-the-shelf jeans. When my first pair from MYOJ arrived, I could not have been happier with the results. When it was time to buy another pair, my first thought was to return to MYOJ and I was not disappointed the second time, either. The jeans were fantastic. As was the shirt. My only question was on laundering. There were no instructions with the clothing as to how they were to be washed. I used common sense and it turned out fine (the shirt shrunk slightly, but not by much), but I would have appreciated something either online or with the package because, depending on the fabric, it can make a difference. Otherwise, great job!
