I love "Make Your Own Jeans" because you get to pick out the fabric weight. You can also pick out thread color, pocket style and all the measurements. This is a tailored jean. The first pair I ordered did not fit correctly, and I appreciated that a 2nd pair was made free of charge so I could get a great fit. I plan on ordering more pairs of jeans.

The perfect Christmas present--jeans that actually fit!! These are by far the nicest jeans I have ever worn. They are made of luxurious high quality denim, and fit so well. Store-bought jeans always had some problem either in length or being too tight or loose in places, or not sitting right at the waist, and even the expensive brands are made of poor quality fabric that wears out quickly. The makeyourown jeans feel like they will last for years even with frequent wash and wear. I came to the site after a friend had asked on Facebook where one could find good quality jeans these days, and one of her friends suggested makeyourownjeans.com, as I was just wondering that as well. I was pleased to find that the cost was affordable, being only slightly more than I was paying for the big name jeans, but for a bespoke product with quality craftsmanship and materials that is sure to last at least twice as long as the jeans I had been buying, saving money in the long-term. I very highly recommend makeyourownjeans.com and will gladly order from them again. I am not normally someone who will write product reviews unless I am thoroughly impressed or disappointed with an item, which rarely happens, yet here I am writing an essay about jeans :-D

These are, hands down, the best pair of jeans I have ever owned. They look great, fit so well, and look even better after a few wears and washes. My order was dealt with very professionally, pretty speedily, and I have nothing but good words to say about the whole experience. I won't even consider buying jeans off the rack again ... Despite needing a large number of washes (5 or 6) to stop the dye bleeding, I've never been happier with a pair of jeans. Highly recommended for someone who, like me, hasn't ever had anything bespoke in denim.

They came much faster than I expected, fit perfectly, and look great. I've had to get my jeans tailored since I was a kid, so getting jeans without having to go through a tailoring process (other than the initial order, of course) was great. I'm looking forward to ordering more soon.

First time out of the gate using MYOJ and couldn't be happier. I really didn't know what to expect but was impressed with the quality and fit. So much so that I immediately order another pair and will continue to use for any future purchases. Will likely try other items they sell. I'm very happy with my purchase. I can't buy off the rack because I'm short and so hard to buy jeans - Altering is no good because once the extra length is lopped off then the jeans look just awful. MYOJ allowed me to order jeans that look like they are supposed to.

I am an extremely hard to fit big and tall customer and these jeans fit me perfectly. The material is soft and the fit is excellent. The shipping time was quite acceptable. I will definitely be buying another pair of these jeans.

I am happy with the product that I ultimately received. It did take one remake of the jeans to get it right. They fit beautifully, though, and are super snazzy. I added some embellishments like buttons, custom thread color, and back pocket design. The deliver does take some time, but it\'s worth it. Give these guys a shot, be reasonable in your expectations, and take care with your measurements.

These pants are incredible. I have never found pants that fit me in the waist but these are perfect. Have already ordered 3 more. I can custom design each pair. Will never buy from anywhere else.

I very tall. No women\'s retail jeans fit me. Men\'s jeans don\'t fit my curves. When these jeans arrived I nearly cried with joy. Oh ? my ? gosh! They fit ? like they were made for me! No pinching. No squeezing. No short rise twisting my underwear. No baggy crotch. No gap in the back. No butt crack showing or, alternatively, no waistband so high they look like waders. No letting out the hem just to get that last ?? of length. I washed them and dried them. They did not shrink at all. They are ? perfect!!

Pretty much painless, the fit Guarantee is awesome. Had to reorder due to the difference in how the pants I measured off of(Levi\'s) fit and the ones made for me. I will be ordering again from here as there are some of the best fitting pants I have ever owned.

The samples were really nice, and made it hard to choose one, lol! The one I ended up going with looked different from the online picture, due to batch differences, anc thd one I was originally going to get was way too dark in person, so it's definately important to always order a sample I think. I would absolutely get another one of these if I were to get another leather product, and I would recommend anyone else to do the same. It's really useful!

Nicely paid and good quality denim. This is my second order (I have faith) and the fit is mostly great. Only disappointment is that the measurements are never quite as you give them. This time the length was an inch shorter than asked for which affects the desired turn-ups. Got stung for import tax too which added $27 to the price.

Haven't ordered in a few years so I had to make some adjustments for my belly but they came out fantastic! Great job!

The order process for these cargo pants was fairly simple. The website was easy to navigate. Check out was fast and secure. The manufacturing time was very slow probably due to Covid and customer services were not forthcoming. The Cargo pants themselves once they arrived, are absolutely AMAZING the material is so soft and light. Very well tailored and we'll worth the money and the time. I will order again in the future. I have purchased several pairs of pants and jeans. always good quality and fit

My reward, when I got to (and stabilized at) a size I like, was going to be a pair of custom-made jeans. Well, I ordered them last month, and they arrived yesterday. When I took them out of the package, my stomach clenched. If we were in a store, I'd have known they wouldn't fit. But I took a deep breath and pulled them on. These were non-stretch jeans. I'd ordered their cheapest pair, which happens to be that really deep indigo -- darker than I usually buy, but still one I'll wear. So, I stepped in, pulled them up, and... it was bliss. The fit was amazing. They cupped and held my body exactly the way jeans are supposed to, the way my occasional old favorite pair did, a million years ago. Waist fit is perfect. Hip fit is perfect. Length is just what I asked for: A bit "high", because I like to go barefoot or nearly so, and this is Florida... you don't want your jeans getting wet. And the pockets..... I can stick my entire cell phone in my front pocket. Vertically or horizontally. No corners sticking out, and not noticable as you look at me. (For contrast, I was wearing a pair last week -- Gloria Vanderbilts -- and I couldn't stick my FINGERS all the way into the front pockets.) I love these so much, I'm already fantasizing about another pair. I deliberately ordered these a little short, to wear with sandals (flip-flops). I'd like to also get a pair that's a bit longer, to wear with shoes, and in a lighter shade of denim. (I like options.) And I'd adjust the back-rise measurement a tad. (You really can't take that one by yourself, and I had a child, not a seamstress, helping me.) Here's the exciting bit: My business suit(s) no longer fit, and are both wool... which is a bit much for Florida. I could really use a linen suit. Their cotton/linen suits (bespoke) start at $190. Men's Warehouse off-the-rack starts at $114 (for rayon/polyester). I'd never buy a men's suit off-the-rack. (For starters, it wouldn't fit!) And I'll admit, traditionally I prefer skirt-suits.... because it's so hard to get women's pants to fit well. But with things made to my measure (and I'm sitting here wearing proof that they do it well!), I could have a business suit with all the pockets that come in a men's suit, but fits like it was made for me (cuz it was!). My Gloria Vanderbilts typically run between $10 (on sale) and $20. My customs, after shipping, came to $61. I had control of everything, from the thread color to the size of the opening at the ankle. And the fit.... nothing beats a pair of good-fitting jeans, and no jeans have ever fit this perfectly. As someone who's ALWAYS had trouble getting pants that fit properly (that pesky waist-to-hip ratio), I feel like I'm in heaven. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future. (Though for the suit, I'll have to wait until COVID-danger is open, and have someone who sews help with the measurements.) Delivery was slowed by the Wuhan virus. But that was understandable and it was communicated to me that was the case. Their product is top of the line.

I bought these jeans for my husband, and they are absolutely perfect! He is a powerlifter, so it is impossible to find pants that fit his legs correctly. For several years (3+), I have appreciated getting MYOJ that fit like only bespoke jeans can. The quality is great and I intend to buy them from MYOJ indefinitely. Sizing was a minor challenge early on as the jeans will gradually shrink as they are washed every week or more as I wear them like a uniform. All of my other jeans have been relegated to work duties. I also have a stretch pair that are wonderful for bending knees without restraint or bagging out afterward. Got to try them because you'll become a convert as am I.
