Dear MYOJ, I specifically purchased these lightweight denim jeans for an alumni trip to Switzerland and Italy in May 2022. I selected the black thread and dark buttons to make them look more like blue slacks. I am happy with the cloth weight and look. The seat may be a tad tight and should relax when worn, but that's my bad. Happy with MYOJ!

Love the light weight of the 7oz jeans.... they are made precisely to my custom measurements. I basically live in them. Have 3 pair and plan to buy a fourth pair. I wish they were also available in BLACK .... I would buy 2 more!

I searched a lot of mfgrs. to find a light weight jean to wear down here in Florida during the summer and "Make Your Own Jeans" were the only company I found to offer them. I was a bit skeptical when I saw I had to take measurements and they were going to make them to my specs... especially at the price. But they came out great and are really so much lighter in weight than regular jeans. I was also a bit concerned when I realized they were coming from India, but they shipped and delivered sooner than predicted, so, all in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

This is my second pair in four years; the first were fine but I had a couple of slightly distracting bleached spots from toothpaste or something and it was time for fresh. My sizing measurements had already been saved and still worked so using my online account ordering was failsafe and easy, and the three weeks or so in transit and tailoring were reasonable. By the way the only jeans and such I have found competitive in quality and class are Prana and Columbia sportswear fashions. I may try something else from Makeyourownjeans some time. I allow the marketing e-mail postings . . .

Really good process throughout, helpful updates, speedy delivery, and great jeans. Forget the high street brands. I'll be buying more of these. Only slight concern, website a little vague on how to get the best waist measurement.

My son is 7' tall & has never had a custom made pair of jeans. They are of such high quality & fit him perfect. He's very thin so run of the mill pants bought in a store were Always too short & big in the waist & hips. He got these for Christmas & felt really proud of how he looked when he went out that day. The black pants are also dressy so with a nice shirt they look great. I'd give the delivery time,the quality,the fit & look of these jeans a 5 star rating. Thank you so much. I ordered the "black flecks Donegal tweed" sports jacket, per my custom measurements (I have ordered several times from MakeYourOwnJeans). The material in this jacket is a very good quality, "light-weight" (not too heavy or stiff) wool tweed that goes perfectly with casual or dress trousers. I began ordering from this company a few years ago, and it took a couple of tries to get my measurements right -- but now I can simply re-order and the result is always excellent quality. Thank you, MYOJ.

My jacket came out great! It was shipped within 2 weeks & all the measurements are mostly right. I only wish the sleeves were a bit longer. If I stretch out the arm, I can get the sleeve to the correct measurement; but when the sleeve is relaxed it's a bit short. Otherwise, I am enjoying my new christmas present!

I ordered dark olive green fine wale corduroy jeans and they fit me PERFECTLY. Wow. I have not had jeans fit so well since high school, which for me was 50 years ago! I love my made to measure jeans and will soon order more!
