I was looking for something that felt like my husbands regular old everyday jeans but fit better. These succeeded admirably. The dye has stayed a true black after about a month or so, and they are heavy duty jean material, great for work. As for the fit; He has a unique shape about him, which always results in his pants falling down his bum even if he wears a tight belt. The seamster we communicated with helped alleviate this problem greatly, I'm not sure if it's only through having pants that are fitted, or if he did something unique to them when I relayed the issue we were concerned about most. Either way these are the only pants he has ever worn where he hasn't had an issue with this! We are very happy with them and I look forward to buying more in the future.

I now own several pairs of these black jeans. The material is perfect, everything about this pair is just perfect. Thanks again!

Best fitting jeans ive ever had. Took measurements (like directed) myself with a construction measuring tape. Ill review again after a year if they hold up.

Jeans that fit in a tough but smart looking 14.5 ounce demin! Fabulous!

My son is 7' tall & has never had a custom made pair of jeans. They are of such high quality & fit him perfect. He's very thin so run of the mill pants bought in a store were Always too short & big in the waist & hips. He got these for Christmas & felt really proud of how he looked when he went out that day. The black pants are also dressy so with a nice shirt they look great. I'd give the delivery time,the quality,the fit & look of these jeans a 5 star rating. Thank you so much. My son finally has a place where he can buy clothes that actually fit him & look awesome.

I love these jeans! You should have your rating go to excellent 9 dots with good in the middle because I would give excellent.

High quality build and material. The denim itself is a little different than previous pairs I have ordered in that it is very course almost cord like grain instead of smooth. Black dye is incredibly dark and doesn't leech out in the wash. These pairs don't seem to shrink much at all in the first few weeks of wearing and washing at all.

I think Make Your Own Jeans are FANTASTIC! I spent ages looking for real denim jeans - as opposed to the Lycra-based jeggings that dominate the market now, and which don\'t keep you warm in the winter, or last longer than about one season! I was really struggling to find 100% cotton denim; whilst searching, MYOJ came-up, so I took a chance and ordered a pair. And they\'re amazing! Heavy, strong, durable, non-stretch denim - like jeans used to be, and like they were originally created to be! The fit is great; I used an existing favourite pair to take the measurements, and my new jeans are almost perfect. The service was also brilliant - fast (as fast as hand-made jeans from India can be), friendly, great value and personal. I highly recommend their service and products.

The quality, look, and feel of my tailored pants is better than I\'ve imagined. I can\'t believe anyone would buy off-the-rack jeans for more than $40, or $30 from Wal-Mart unless it will intentionally be used for crappy manual labor. I just wish MYOJ had more colors like white, red, khaki, gold, etc.

It took two tries to get the pants we wanted. I did order something out of the ordinary. I wanted a pant, not a jean, copied in raw denim. They upsized it to compensate for shrinkage after washing. Except we were not going to wash them and the pants were already too large so we weren't concerned about shrinkage. The second pair were ordered to be an exact copy, without any changes what so ever. They are perfect. I paid for both.

Quality of leather is superb. Very fast delivery as well- I was surprised how fast it was! I recommend this service for making clothing.

These are lovely jeans! I've ordered a few times before, so I have the size exactly right now. I've never found the supplied jeans didn't fit, they always did, but a few tweaks on subsequent orders make them perfect. The tailoring is as good as or probably better than 'branded' jeans, I'm very pleased. I'll definitely be ordering again.

This corduroy pants arrived in less than ten days, so, considering the distance, this is good timing. I had ordered a similar pair about four years ago, found those a bit too baggy. This pair is perfect, every measurement exactly as ordered. The fit is much better with the adjustments I made to the ones in my saved profile. As long as the instructions for measuring are followed exactly as given, then the customizing of ones order should be almost perfect. The only deterrent for me ordering is the cost for shipping and handling by the courier service.

Very happy with my second leather jacket, great quality with 4 jipped pockets on outside good for travelling as well. Delivery time was good. My only suggestion is that the 2 inside pockets should be zipped also as extra security for valuables when travelling.

Very cool, only issue is cleaning them but since not wearing them regularly this really is not that important. Very suitable for just about any occasion.

I struggle to buy jeans that fit me properly in the store, and always require alterations. The were a perfect fit, great set of Jeans. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good set of chinos 😉

The company were in contact with us throughout the whole procedure (I loved the utube measuring videos. ) we received the suit within four days of submitting the measurements a month ahead of out deadline date. Really enjoy the fabric. It's a bit on the heavier side than some of the summer weighted cotton fabrics, but it's great for temperate climates and holds the wrinkles off a bit right from the suitcase. Sorry, I don't wear my pants tight enough to speak to the "stretchiness" of the fabric but I can attest to its comfort!

Pants fit perfectly. Well constructed. Leather material may be a tad heavy for summer use. Pocket zipper tabs were horizontal instead of vertical (as shown in picture). Lining material was a bit long in leg opening (stopped just short of pant cuffs), if there is any sag it will become visible while standing. Overall I liked these pants so well that I ordered another pair. For guys who like something different (one of a kind item) you can't go wrong with these cargo shorts.

Overall the quality and fit are good. I was hoping for a more denim material...this feels more to me like pants than jeans (if that makes sense). I have ordered another pair in bolt heavy black jeans because I think that will be more what I'm looking for. I still like these and will wear them happily. Very soft material and again, fit great.
