Great fit, great quality material. Highly recommend.

My order arrived timely and to the exact measurements. I'm very pleased with the quality of fabric and workmanship. The (Black 14.5oz Heavy Denim Jeans) material is quite durable. It has no stretch but there is some give to it. The fabric is *not* the stiff "workmans" denimn that feels starchy or crunchy... It's soft to the touch but thick, solid, workable. I think it will wear well. The stitching is consistent and professional. The dye is deep, flat jet black. Washed once, no bleed or graying yet. Very happy with my order, I think I'll have these for a long time, and will likely order again. The only change I'd make is more options for tweaking the shape. Specifically, the front of the waist rises to a "V" (isn't level with the back waist) as if the pattern is based on a low-rise jean. This forces the waist to sit just under my belly button even though the measurements I gave are for a very high rise. No big deal, and I'll try tweaking this in my next set of measurements... It's still a great balance of good quality, high customization, and an excellent price point, so absolutely no shade! 10 out of 10!

Although the fabric ordered originally was out of stock so that switching to another one was necessary, the jeans turned out to be of the usual excellent quality not only in respect of fit, but also in respect of the new fabric.

My new black jeans are PERFECT! I've been a client of Make Your Own Jeans for many years, and still have the first ones I ordered, though some of them now are quite decorated with embroidery and patches! This new pair had all the changes I requested, and I just wish MYOJ had RED denim ... I'd certainly order a pair! There are a lot of companies that offer customized services, and MYOJ is one of the VERY BEST! Thank you for providing products that are well-made at a reasonable price. I'll be a client for as long as I wear jeans, which will hopefully be for many years to come!

This is my fourth pair of jeans from this company, and the second pair identical to this one. I am impressed with their quality and care; previously I purchased jeans from one of their competitors and I'm happy I changed. As I expected, they vary a bit in size -- but probably less than I do over the same period. One of the things that made me switch was the availability of particularly good fabrics, which has been rewarded in the way that they wear. My only departure from their standard jeans is to request 7 belt looks; I don't know if this is necessary, but it was with the other company. I'm set for a while as long as I stay away from spraying bleach, which was my reason for this order -- that is, I didn't and the black magic marker didn't do a good enough job.

A regular customer for more than 10 years, I bought jeans for my son and myself in the past few months. And again, they strengthened - if at all possible after 10 years of best experience - my confidence in the expertise of the MYOJ people - the fits are exactly as expected. This was a pair of jeans for our son, and - as always - he is very satisfied. So it has not come as a surprise at all that, just a few hours ago, our daughter has a new pair of jeans ordered, too.

This is the second pair of these jeans I?ve purchased. The first pair were a perfect fit, held their color and haven?t shown the wear my Levi?s always did. This pair will be just as fantastic.

In 70 years, these are the first jeans that actually fit. These jeans were chosen because of the heavyweight denim so they would wear well. What a surprise that after 3 weeks, they feel like they have been worn for years!

Really thick material ... just what I wanted for winter

The jeans fit PERFECTLY after my second attempt. Now I can re-order in all different colors. The quality is top notch with any jeans I\'ve purchased in a retail store. I\'ve washed and dried them and no shrinkage at all. Just remember that your first-time free alteration is only with the low end denim and NOT with the heavy duty denim as I found out the hard way. The jeans take a while to arrive... about 2 months. Jeans are shipped in nice packaging which gives that luxurious feel of something special. I highly recommend!!!

The jacket is very well made and fits just as I would expect for one made for me. I will be ordering all my jackets from here as well as shirts as I have very long arms and for my height I have a large chest and small waist. It makes it difficult to get off the shelf items to look good and fit the way I would like. My new jacket is a perfict fit.

I love the tailoring. The blended fabric I choose seems to be doing well enough for wrinkle resistance. The jury is still out on washing/shrinkage. I will not wear or buy clothes that require dry-cleaning. Certainly not for daily wear. My wool blend pants seem to be doing well on all counts, even including washing with the rest of my clothes. If that continues to work out, my rating moves to the best possible. I really like wearing pants tailored to fit me.

Very nicely and professional tailored,the perforated leather is fabulous and the suit is very comfortable. The weight of the leather perfect. Perhaps the collar could be a bit stiffer, but maybe after wearing it will conform properly at the neck/shoulder. Trousers are fully line and very comfortable. I ordered a second pair of trousers with higher waist and different pockets. I got a compliment from my neighbor the first time I wore the suit!

This is my 2nd order from myoj. The first pair, I love. I like the 2nd pair but the pattern is not as rich in real life than as it is depicted on the website. I would order from myoj again in the future, but I just wasn\'t quite as satisfied with the 2nd pair. Overall, I do like the company !

If you want a custom fit, this company is precise and professional. They have no issues editing or modifying your order. This is money well spent if you are looking for clothing that actually fits! I was very satisfied with my order, have recommended this website to coworkers and plan on purchasing again. The quality of denim is amazing. Its nothing that you would ever get at a department store. What I really like is they adjust your measurements to make sure it is best suited for you. I am not a seamstress and its comforting that someone has these skills. I tried them on immediately when it was shipped and wore them out that evening at dinner. They held up wonderfully and I was shocked at the quality of work. Don\'t be hesitant to measure yourself and buy a pair. Understand that high quality denim needs to be broken into like a high quality pair of leather loafers. Remember that if you do modify your order or measurements, to do so immediately within the first week or so its shipped to you. I didn\'t need to make adjustments, it fit perfectly! I have actually worked on some department store jeans with my mother, resizing them and tapering the ankles but it was a relief to get this in the mail.

The overall quality of the jeans was good and the denim is a decent medium weight. I ordered these as fixed measurements, the size is exactly as I ordered and they fit very nicely.

Really very impressed with the quality and construction. The fabric has a nice sheen and soft feel, the quality expected of a chino suit much more than a jean. My request for belt loop placement was followed perfectly.

Jacket is better than even pictured, received it in no time at all. Only problem is I should have bought 1 size up.

I am happy with the product that I ultimately received. It did take one remake of the jeans to get it right. They fit beautifully, though, and are super snazzy. I added some embellishments like buttons, custom thread color, and back pocket design. The deliver does take some time, but it\'s worth it. Give these guys a shot, be reasonable in your expectations, and take care with your measurements.

Product fits my needs. Value is OK. I had a little trouble with the website when I placed my order but Customer Service and I worked it out. Customer Service was outstanding.
