Great fit, great quality material. Highly recommend.

My order arrived timely and to the exact measurements. I'm very pleased with the quality of fabric and workmanship. The (Black 14.5oz Heavy Denim Jeans) material is quite durable. It has no stretch but there is some give to it. The fabric is *not* the stiff "workmans" denimn that feels starchy or crunchy... It's soft to the touch but thick, solid, workable. I think it will wear well. The stitching is consistent and professional. The dye is deep, flat jet black. Washed once, no bleed or graying yet. Very happy with my order, I think I'll have these for a long time, and will likely order again. The only change I'd make is more options for tweaking the shape. Specifically, the front of the waist rises to a "V" (isn't level with the back waist) as if the pattern is based on a low-rise jean. This forces the waist to sit just under my belly button even though the measurements I gave are for a very high rise. No big deal, and I'll try tweaking this in my next set of measurements... It's still a great balance of good quality, high customization, and an excellent price point, so absolutely no shade! 10 out of 10!

Although the fabric ordered originally was out of stock so that switching to another one was necessary, the jeans turned out to be of the usual excellent quality not only in respect of fit, but also in respect of the new fabric.

My new black jeans are PERFECT! I've been a client of Make Your Own Jeans for many years, and still have the first ones I ordered, though some of them now are quite decorated with embroidery and patches! This new pair had all the changes I requested, and I just wish MYOJ had RED denim ... I'd certainly order a pair! There are a lot of companies that offer customized services, and MYOJ is one of the VERY BEST! Thank you for providing products that are well-made at a reasonable price. I'll be a client for as long as I wear jeans, which will hopefully be for many years to come!

This is my fourth pair of jeans from this company, and the second pair identical to this one. I am impressed with their quality and care; previously I purchased jeans from one of their competitors and I'm happy I changed. As I expected, they vary a bit in size -- but probably less than I do over the same period. One of the things that made me switch was the availability of particularly good fabrics, which has been rewarded in the way that they wear. My only departure from their standard jeans is to request 7 belt looks; I don't know if this is necessary, but it was with the other company. I'm set for a while as long as I stay away from spraying bleach, which was my reason for this order -- that is, I didn't and the black magic marker didn't do a good enough job.

A regular customer for more than 10 years, I bought jeans for my son and myself in the past few months. And again, they strengthened - if at all possible after 10 years of best experience - my confidence in the expertise of the MYOJ people - the fits are exactly as expected. This was a pair of jeans for our son, and - as always - he is very satisfied. So it has not come as a surprise at all that, just a few hours ago, our daughter has a new pair of jeans ordered, too.

This is the second pair of these jeans I?ve purchased. The first pair were a perfect fit, held their color and haven?t shown the wear my Levi?s always did. This pair will be just as fantastic.

In 70 years, these are the first jeans that actually fit. These jeans were chosen because of the heavyweight denim so they would wear well. What a surprise that after 3 weeks, they feel like they have been worn for years!

Really thick material ... just what I wanted for winter

The jeans fit PERFECTLY after my second attempt. Now I can re-order in all different colors. The quality is top notch with any jeans I\'ve purchased in a retail store. I\'ve washed and dried them and no shrinkage at all. Just remember that your first-time free alteration is only with the low end denim and NOT with the heavy duty denim as I found out the hard way. The jeans take a while to arrive... about 2 months. Jeans are shipped in nice packaging which gives that luxurious feel of something special. I highly recommend!!!

I\'ve always wanted a corduroy suit and to be able to have one custom made at such great quality for a very reasonable price was a dream come true. Awesome Vest - I ordered the vest in soft wash & waxed dark olive. The color is perfect and the vest is soft as butter without losing the integrity and strength of leather. I liked it so much I ordered another immediately and gave the first one to my daughter (I forgot that I had grown, in girth). The delivery was prompt and MYOJ worked with me on my requests; even taking the time to email with inquiries about my customization requests. I really like the jeans. They fit very well. I\'m short and have small thin legs but am big through the middle. In order to get ready made jeans to fit around the waist they are enormous in the hips and legs, like clown pants. So to have jeans that fit proportional to my figure is great. This is my 3rd pair.

The jacket is absolutely fantastic. High quality, great design, very customizable. Shipment took 3 weeks for one of mine and somehow my 2nd jacket I ordered in same purchase didn't get sent, so took a totally of 9 weeks on that one to get everything straightened out. Be prepared to plan ahead for shipping time.

I would rate this product (and Company) even higher, since GOOD is not good enough! As being a very short Man (5'02"only)I have always had a big trouble to find pants or jeans that fits Me right. And one Day Friend of mine said: You should try MakeYourOwnJeans.com. And I did and I'm very, very happy now! They did a marvelous job. Finally I don't look like a Clown. Love this shirt! Great look, great fit and great quality. The only problem I have is that the collar doesn\'t have slots for collar points and I prefer a nice pointed collar. But overall, I love it.
