Blazer arrived exactly as I ordered. Fit perfectly - no minor alterations needed. Very nice material. Needed pressing which was to be expected that also fixed the problem with the lining that initially appeared to be sewed in improperly. It wasn't. Would have appreciated a better selection of buttons, especially brass ones for this particular navy blue blazer, otherwise I would have give it a 5.

I'm starting to lose count on how many pants I've ordered.... Are we up to six or was this maybe order #8? I always need big cargo pockets and I've been happy to find you have several different styles that have them, and several of those styles have a lot of extra pockets as well which make them all the better. I should also mention I would never guess that people might notice and actually say something, but I've been surprised to find I occasionally get compliments. As for this most recent order, I chose a stretch fabric, which I'm really starting to like, so I may need to follow with another order with the same material soon. These jeans are of very good quality. That being said, it can be a bit frustrating if you don't know what you are asking for. So be sure and understand the measurements and follow carefully. I am looking forward to ordering another pair!

These are now my favourite pair of Jeans. I had ordered a few Trousers from MYOJ and reminded my true life measurements which each order. You need to ignore what size you think you are and trust the measurements! Anyway, the last pair were perfect so I thought I would opt for the best quality rigged denim and buy a really good pair of Jeans. What I have fits just like a glove and is now my very favourite paid of jeans. They are roughly half the price of other bespoke jeans and better quality. Excellent and I will buy again!

This was my first try using the service and I'm okay with the end result. The bespoke fit is almost there but with the elements of trial and error inherent to sizing and fitting I expected a bit more consideration to customer satisfaction. These jeans are short on me and the denim weight is much lighter than my favorite jeans I'm trying to replace. Ideally, I would have been able to send these back and pay more for the jeans I actually want. Instead I'm about 80% happy with the purchase I have instead of 100% happy with a product I would pay twice as much for.

I ordered the pants on a whim to go with a blazer that I ordered at the same time. I had originally planned to go to a local high-fashion men's store instead, but the price intrigued me. I was looking for a lightweight material suitable for the tropics in a particular light tan/khaki/cream color. When the pants arrived (along with the Blazer) they were exactly as I had envisioned. Material was the right weight and color. Pants fit like a glove and passed the wife's test and she is very, very picky, having grown up in the 'rag' business. Plus, any adjustments or alterations that may (weren't) necessary would have been easily accommodated by the extra material available in the seams. In short, these were the pants I wanted and were the pants I received.

If there is a bit of criticism I may share, it is the measurement process. First and foremost, you're going to need a tailor's tape and although they are easily acquired, not a lot of people have them. Secondly, if you have a pair of really well-fitting pants, it may be easier to get the measurements off those pants than trying to do actual physical measurements. Frankly, that's what I ended up doing.

The fit is comfortable and I like the look. I am happy with the results.

Had these made in a early 70s bell bottom cut. Came out perfect. The fit is better than the 50 year old vintage variety. Can not tell this pair is not vintage. Perfect pair of jeans. Denim is good quality, should last for years with little signs of wear.

Dear MYOJ, I specifically purchased these lightweight denim jeans for an alumni trip to Switzerland and Italy in May 2022. I selected the black thread and dark buttons to make them look more like blue slacks. I am happy with the cloth weight and look. The seat may be a tad tight and should relax when worn, but that's my bad. Happy with MYOJ!

Several years ago I had ordered the gray/green jeans and was very pleased twith comfort and durability. I bought 2 pairs of these black jeans. They fit the same and I am very pleased.

I was very skeptical when ordering but when I received the jeans I was extremely pleased. They were the exact measurements I requested. I have an extremely difficult time finding jeans, my thighs, rear end, hips and knees are quite large. When I buy store bought jeans to fit my thighs the waist is about 5-6 inches too big. Fabric was nice, stitched well and overall very well made. I will definitely be buying more.

These jeans fit remarkably well. I bought them primarily for the cargo pockets. I have a big cellphone and I specified the pocket size to accommodate my phone. The phone fits nicely in the cargo pocket and is always handy. This makes me a happy hiker!

Took a while to receive them. Love the color and weight of the denim. But...big gap area in waistband in the middle of my back and the waist is too small. The gap in back makes my shirt stick out! Maybe if I lose a couple pounds I'll be able to wear them and let you know better then. Until I can wear them I won't reorder.

I have had two pairs of jeans made and I am very happy with both of them.

Loved the denim weight and no bling on the pockets but the back of the waistband had a huge gap away from my back..hate that. The waist was too small so maybe if I lose a few pounds I'll be able to wear them. Overall quality is good..I just can't wear them right now.

The rise of the back from groin to waist line wasn't as high as my first pair of Jeans which where spot on, it's a maybe 10 mm difference, I'm using the same measurement so should be the same.

Maybe it's a material thing that makes the fit slightly different, anyways overall really happy again with my 2 new pants I ordered.

Totally the wrong size. The rest of my pants are size 40. I couldn't even begin to close them let alone button them up. The pant legs were so tight, that I couldn't squeeze my leg into them.

Totally wasted my money - I though them in the garbage immediately. I kept the nice bag however.

I am in Canada - maybe size 40 here is different than size 40 in the states?

I was looking for something that felt like my husbands regular old everyday jeans but fit better. These succeeded admirably. The dye has stayed a true black after about a month or so, and they are heavy duty jean material, great for work. As for the fit; He has a unique shape about him, which always results in his pants falling down his bum even if he wears a tight belt. The seamster we communicated with helped alleviate this problem greatly, I'm not sure if it's only through having pants that are fitted, or if he did something unique to them when I relayed the issue we were concerned about most. Either way these are the only pants he has ever worn where he hasn't had an issue with this! We are very happy with them and I look forward to buying more in the future.

The pants fit and the workmanship was very good. My only complaint is that the quality of the fabric is sub-standard. This is true of both jeans and cords. I would gladly pay $5 more per item for a normal quality material.

At 6'7" or 201 cm i do not find clothes that fit in the store. MYOJ has been a game changer for me. I have 10+ jeans from them and will not go anywhere else to find quality products that fits exactly the way i like them. This order i ventured out for a three piece suit and a leather blazer as well. After finding makeyourownjeans I don't think I will ever purchase shorts anywhere else. I have yet to order some jeans or pants. But absolutely love these drawstring cotton shorts!! Quality is top notch! I live in Phoenix, AZ where it gets up to 120 degrees f in the summer and the regular chino stretch are a perfect balance of weight, feel, and of course stretch. Once you get your fit dialed in, I have yet to find a better pair of shorts anywhere else. Shipping since covid has slowed a bit, but seems like it's getting better, also will say the site needs a little work. They show a pair of shorts that they don't even offer (the orange ones) and sometimes can get a little finicky browsing around, but that takes nothing away from the end product, of which I am very pleased with and can without a doubt recommend.

Honestly, I love them. They are on right now. I would buy again. In fact, I am buying again. I have only ONE 'critique' that I, and it's very '1st World Problem.' The front pockets could be like 40mm wider. I only say that because I prefer my phone to be on the 'outside' of my leg, and not in the 'center.' Buy these and have fun!

A prefect fit and great finish for one of my new go to shorts for the summer. I'm 5'7" so it's impossible to find shorts in any store that has the proper length. This is just a few inches above the knee exactly where I like it. This is one of two that I ordered.

These are the best fitting jeans I've owned since my college years.

Beautiful construction, excellent fabric, fast service. This is my fourth of fifth pair of MYOJ; it's the only place I buy jeans now. My only tiny complaint is that with this pair, the button hole for the front button is a little too small, making it difficult to button and unbutton. It may loosen up with use, so no big deal. Otherwise, a complete thumbs-up. Thank you for providing this fantastic product.

I am very happy with MakeYourOwnJeans.com I have to admit, I screwed up on my first order and they are tight in the waist, but that is my fault.....other than that the measuring system that MYOJ uses is great......and here's the great thing about it....We have all been slaves to the manufacturers who have catered to the millenial scumbags and their low rise jeans.....facts being facts, you simply cant get a really trim pair of jeans that SITS AT THE WAIST at any of the major vendors, and, more over comes in shorter inseams such as 28....so you have to buy a 30 inseam, shorten it to 28 inches.....but......now in shortening it two inches, the bottom is wider than you want because as you go up the pant let, they get wider...... I'm a small guy, so I need a "skinny" jean....."slim" just doesnt cut the cake...they are still too wide at the bottom.....I also have a bit of a tummy, so if I get low rise, my stomach pushes them down and they are down around my balls....MYOJ has allowed me to circumvent that. ....I have now corrected my measurements and am waiting for my second pair, which should be perfect....THANKYOU MYOJEANS....you are a god send......now if we could just drop a bomb on all the other vendors and rid planet earth of them....life would be beautiful....plus of course, execute their CEOs too for crimes against humanity.

These are great and fit better than the last pair I ordered possibly because of the stretch in the fabric. The zippers look cool and the fabric is of a comfortable weight in that it is not too thin. If you decide to make these in other colors, I would order them again. They would also look good in a twill fabric. I am very happy with this purchase!

I've had many pairs of stretch ultra low rise jeans made by MYOJ and the latest pair are every bit as good as all their predecessors. They are always faithful to my measurements and this pair in particular seemed to arrive even faster than usual.
