I have ordered jeans and trousers in denim, chino, corduroy and wool, as well as sport jackets. In every case I am always surprised, every time, at how EXCELLENT the quality of the material and the workmanship is (surprised, because it never fails to be even better than I had expected). My only comment would be that at the international professional conferences (medical, scientific, business) that I attend, I have noticed that the "uniform" for men is "dress chinos" and a nice sport jacket. make-your-own-jeans has been a life saver! as due to my health my size has varied greatly, i can get custom made jeans, cheaper than store bought, and i am never disappointed! this is a great concept, well executed, and reasonably priced. and i refer people constantly to the site! i wish i had known about it before i spent so many $$s thru the years hemming pants (i am long waisted) and wasting time trying on brand after brand... i recommend it to parents as well for their kids as well as for their parents (all generations can benefit!). only draw-back is unpredictability of when they will make and mail your jeans: i recently ordered 2 different cuts, got one within a week, then nothing but an email 3 weeks later saying the next set were coming, did i have any corrections to the measurements i gave? well, it had been _5weeks, so all measuring was long done in my mind... but they finally came and were PERFECT! I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and it came on time as promised. The suit has exceeded my expectations and I am delighted with the quality, craftmanship and design. I appreciate the follow-up by your team to make sure I was absolutely confident in my body measurements and then even more follow-up regarding the status of my suit. The cut, color and quality are spot on and the fit was impeccable. I ordered a light beige linen suit for a casual Summer outing because of the price, but now that I have seen first hand the value and quality of the suits I plan to order several more. Matter of fact, I will be ordering another suit next week! If there is anything that I could recommend improving it would be the images of the fabric. It would be nice to be able to see a grid of all the fabric swatches so they can be compared side by side.
