Great fit, great quality material. Highly recommend.

My order arrived timely and to the exact measurements. I'm very pleased with the quality of fabric and workmanship. The (Black 14.5oz Heavy Denim Jeans) material is quite durable. It has no stretch but there is some give to it. The fabric is *not* the stiff "workmans" denimn that feels starchy or crunchy... It's soft to the touch but thick, solid, workable. I think it will wear well. The stitching is consistent and professional. The dye is deep, flat jet black. Washed once, no bleed or graying yet. Very happy with my order, I think I'll have these for a long time, and will likely order again. The only change I'd make is more options for tweaking the shape. Specifically, the front of the waist rises to a "V" (isn't level with the back waist) as if the pattern is based on a low-rise jean. This forces the waist to sit just under my belly button even though the measurements I gave are for a very high rise. No big deal, and I'll try tweaking this in my next set of measurements... It's still a great balance of good quality, high customization, and an excellent price point, so absolutely no shade! 10 out of 10!

Although the fabric ordered originally was out of stock so that switching to another one was necessary, the jeans turned out to be of the usual excellent quality not only in respect of fit, but also in respect of the new fabric.

My new black jeans are PERFECT! I've been a client of Make Your Own Jeans for many years, and still have the first ones I ordered, though some of them now are quite decorated with embroidery and patches! This new pair had all the changes I requested, and I just wish MYOJ had RED denim ... I'd certainly order a pair! There are a lot of companies that offer customized services, and MYOJ is one of the VERY BEST! Thank you for providing products that are well-made at a reasonable price. I'll be a client for as long as I wear jeans, which will hopefully be for many years to come!

This is my fourth pair of jeans from this company, and the second pair identical to this one. I am impressed with their quality and care; previously I purchased jeans from one of their competitors and I'm happy I changed. As I expected, they vary a bit in size -- but probably less than I do over the same period. One of the things that made me switch was the availability of particularly good fabrics, which has been rewarded in the way that they wear. My only departure from their standard jeans is to request 7 belt looks; I don't know if this is necessary, but it was with the other company. I'm set for a while as long as I stay away from spraying bleach, which was my reason for this order -- that is, I didn't and the black magic marker didn't do a good enough job.

A regular customer for more than 10 years, I bought jeans for my son and myself in the past few months. And again, they strengthened - if at all possible after 10 years of best experience - my confidence in the expertise of the MYOJ people - the fits are exactly as expected. This was a pair of jeans for our son, and - as always - he is very satisfied. So it has not come as a surprise at all that, just a few hours ago, our daughter has a new pair of jeans ordered, too.

This is the second pair of these jeans I?ve purchased. The first pair were a perfect fit, held their color and haven?t shown the wear my Levi?s always did. This pair will be just as fantastic.

In 70 years, these are the first jeans that actually fit. These jeans were chosen because of the heavyweight denim so they would wear well. What a surprise that after 3 weeks, they feel like they have been worn for years!

Really thick material ... just what I wanted for winter

The jeans fit PERFECTLY after my second attempt. Now I can re-order in all different colors. The quality is top notch with any jeans I\'ve purchased in a retail store. I\'ve washed and dried them and no shrinkage at all. Just remember that your first-time free alteration is only with the low end denim and NOT with the heavy duty denim as I found out the hard way. The jeans take a while to arrive... about 2 months. Jeans are shipped in nice packaging which gives that luxurious feel of something special. I highly recommend!!!

The reason we came to MYOJ is because I?m not a standard sized fella. They?re either too short or long because most jeans come in ?even? lengths. People don?t. Some jeans make you look like you?re carrying a ?load?, so we fixed all that by getting a few pairs that alleviate those issues. Thanks

The jacket itself is in excellent quality and grade. However, the top portion (chest) is tight. I normally wear XL jackets but this seem smaller. Thank you. V/R, Ray

The jacket wasn't good It's great, best jacket I've ever had. The jacket is so soft and it looked like a lot of care went into making that jacket. It will work perfectly with my Comic Con costume and also every day use. Delivery was quick, faster than I was expecting. The only thing I wasn't to happy about was being surprised with custom duties. I don't know if it was on your website or not. I had no issues with paying it because the jacket was worth it. Maybe in the future you could make that more visible. I would definitely consider buying again in the future.

The product itself is impeccable. Good quality and beautifuly made. However, I require a size larger. I normally wear XL jackets but this is very tight fitting. Thank you.

Excellent jeans. Heavy denim, beautifully sewn and a very good fit. The kind of jeans young Merchant Seamen used to buy in Chandlery Stores all the way from Portland Me. down to Corpus Christi in the 1960s and 70s but which disappeared when jeans became a fashion item. Great product, well made, love the smooth leather lining. Great against the winter winds. Make sure you get your sizes correct as there is little give with the double thickness. I would-will buy again.

The material is soft and comfortable. The wale is narrow about 14 per inch. MYOJ over-cut the waste by 3/4 inch but I can live with that. After 4 washings, the color still holds true. I like them and am wearing them as I type.

I have this top ordered in red, blue and gold customised. They all fit perfectly and I'm very happy with my tops. Must say that it is worth the extra money to have it made in 'washed and waxed' leather. It is so much softer to wear.
