Great fit, great quality material. Highly recommend.

My order arrived timely and to the exact measurements. I'm very pleased with the quality of fabric and workmanship. The (Black 14.5oz Heavy Denim Jeans) material is quite durable. It has no stretch but there is some give to it. The fabric is *not* the stiff "workmans" denimn that feels starchy or crunchy... It's soft to the touch but thick, solid, workable. I think it will wear well. The stitching is consistent and professional. The dye is deep, flat jet black. Washed once, no bleed or graying yet. Very happy with my order, I think I'll have these for a long time, and will likely order again. The only change I'd make is more options for tweaking the shape. Specifically, the front of the waist rises to a "V" (isn't level with the back waist) as if the pattern is based on a low-rise jean. This forces the waist to sit just under my belly button even though the measurements I gave are for a very high rise. No big deal, and I'll try tweaking this in my next set of measurements... It's still a great balance of good quality, high customization, and an excellent price point, so absolutely no shade! 10 out of 10!

Although the fabric ordered originally was out of stock so that switching to another one was necessary, the jeans turned out to be of the usual excellent quality not only in respect of fit, but also in respect of the new fabric.

My new black jeans are PERFECT! I've been a client of Make Your Own Jeans for many years, and still have the first ones I ordered, though some of them now are quite decorated with embroidery and patches! This new pair had all the changes I requested, and I just wish MYOJ had RED denim ... I'd certainly order a pair! There are a lot of companies that offer customized services, and MYOJ is one of the VERY BEST! Thank you for providing products that are well-made at a reasonable price. I'll be a client for as long as I wear jeans, which will hopefully be for many years to come!

This is my fourth pair of jeans from this company, and the second pair identical to this one. I am impressed with their quality and care; previously I purchased jeans from one of their competitors and I'm happy I changed. As I expected, they vary a bit in size -- but probably less than I do over the same period. One of the things that made me switch was the availability of particularly good fabrics, which has been rewarded in the way that they wear. My only departure from their standard jeans is to request 7 belt looks; I don't know if this is necessary, but it was with the other company. I'm set for a while as long as I stay away from spraying bleach, which was my reason for this order -- that is, I didn't and the black magic marker didn't do a good enough job.

A regular customer for more than 10 years, I bought jeans for my son and myself in the past few months. And again, they strengthened - if at all possible after 10 years of best experience - my confidence in the expertise of the MYOJ people - the fits are exactly as expected. This was a pair of jeans for our son, and - as always - he is very satisfied. So it has not come as a surprise at all that, just a few hours ago, our daughter has a new pair of jeans ordered, too.

This is the second pair of these jeans I?ve purchased. The first pair were a perfect fit, held their color and haven?t shown the wear my Levi?s always did. This pair will be just as fantastic.

In 70 years, these are the first jeans that actually fit. These jeans were chosen because of the heavyweight denim so they would wear well. What a surprise that after 3 weeks, they feel like they have been worn for years!

Really thick material ... just what I wanted for winter

The jeans fit PERFECTLY after my second attempt. Now I can re-order in all different colors. The quality is top notch with any jeans I\'ve purchased in a retail store. I\'ve washed and dried them and no shrinkage at all. Just remember that your first-time free alteration is only with the low end denim and NOT with the heavy duty denim as I found out the hard way. The jeans take a while to arrive... about 2 months. Jeans are shipped in nice packaging which gives that luxurious feel of something special. I highly recommend!!!

its all good however the bottoms were a little to tight where it rests on the foot I would like them wider and with every pair I get the waist at the top is too big and buckles over with a belt on ....I like them a lot and tell a lot of people about them and the value.......

This was my first order. I thought I would have to go through a few editions to get a good fit but the first one is actually quite good. I used FIX measurements from several other pants.

I love the vest. I was under the impression, from the picture that a hood came attached but I apparently assumed wrong. However, the vest is amazing and fits like a comfortable glove. I'm sure I will be returning to the site for more items in the future. Thank you

I am very happy with these jeans and will be a repeat customer. Jeans in the store never fit me. I have a long body and short legs. My waist to hip ratio is not standard. I bought the jeans with fit guarantee and it was worth it. I used what I thought was the most appropriate fit, "fix". This turned out to mean that whatever measurements you gave them they used exactly. Since I gave them precise measurements according to their criteria, the jeans resulting were skin tight. Because I had ordered the guaranteed fit jeans I was able to tweak the measurements and reorder them for free. The new ones are not perfect but better than anything I had. I wear them all the time and will tweak the measurements again and expect an even better fit next time. My husband ordered jeans "comfort fit". They were the best fitting jeans he has ever had. The jeans are well made and I love the fact that although we both have short legs and hard to fit, we get great jeans.

Fits perfectly. Exactly what I ordered. The quality is wonderful. I am extremely happy and will be placing more orders. This was my first order and I wanted to see how well my jacket would be made and how well it would fit. I have no complaints on quality and fit of my jacket. I am anxious to see how well it holds up under extensive wear. I am a professional magician and my jacket will take a beating especially the pockets, I am in and out of them frequently when I perform. I was measured by a professional tailor and would suggest this to anyone who wants a perfect fit. The fit is only as good as the measurements ordered.

Really easy ordering process and good communication about progress of my order. The jeans were a little stiff when they first arrived but a run through the washing machine soon softened them up a bit. They fit really well and I am very happy with them. I would definitely order another pair.

Fit very true to my weird shape - they are comfortable and high enough in the rise. There is a good amount of stretch in the fabric and the quality of the fabric is good too. I haven't washed them yet but they are extra long so room for shrinkage if they do shrink. (If they don't I may need to cut them down.) Quality of workmanship really good. Pockets extra deep. Belt loops a little large. Very happy with jeans. Huge thanks to the person who made them.
