Great fit, great quality material. Highly recommend.

My order arrived timely and to the exact measurements. I'm very pleased with the quality of fabric and workmanship. The (Black 14.5oz Heavy Denim Jeans) material is quite durable. It has no stretch but there is some give to it. The fabric is *not* the stiff "workmans" denimn that feels starchy or crunchy... It's soft to the touch but thick, solid, workable. I think it will wear well. The stitching is consistent and professional. The dye is deep, flat jet black. Washed once, no bleed or graying yet. Very happy with my order, I think I'll have these for a long time, and will likely order again. The only change I'd make is more options for tweaking the shape. Specifically, the front of the waist rises to a "V" (isn't level with the back waist) as if the pattern is based on a low-rise jean. This forces the waist to sit just under my belly button even though the measurements I gave are for a very high rise. No big deal, and I'll try tweaking this in my next set of measurements... It's still a great balance of good quality, high customization, and an excellent price point, so absolutely no shade! 10 out of 10!

Although the fabric ordered originally was out of stock so that switching to another one was necessary, the jeans turned out to be of the usual excellent quality not only in respect of fit, but also in respect of the new fabric.

My new black jeans are PERFECT! I've been a client of Make Your Own Jeans for many years, and still have the first ones I ordered, though some of them now are quite decorated with embroidery and patches! This new pair had all the changes I requested, and I just wish MYOJ had RED denim ... I'd certainly order a pair! There are a lot of companies that offer customized services, and MYOJ is one of the VERY BEST! Thank you for providing products that are well-made at a reasonable price. I'll be a client for as long as I wear jeans, which will hopefully be for many years to come!

This is my fourth pair of jeans from this company, and the second pair identical to this one. I am impressed with their quality and care; previously I purchased jeans from one of their competitors and I'm happy I changed. As I expected, they vary a bit in size -- but probably less than I do over the same period. One of the things that made me switch was the availability of particularly good fabrics, which has been rewarded in the way that they wear. My only departure from their standard jeans is to request 7 belt looks; I don't know if this is necessary, but it was with the other company. I'm set for a while as long as I stay away from spraying bleach, which was my reason for this order -- that is, I didn't and the black magic marker didn't do a good enough job.

A regular customer for more than 10 years, I bought jeans for my son and myself in the past few months. And again, they strengthened - if at all possible after 10 years of best experience - my confidence in the expertise of the MYOJ people - the fits are exactly as expected. This was a pair of jeans for our son, and - as always - he is very satisfied. So it has not come as a surprise at all that, just a few hours ago, our daughter has a new pair of jeans ordered, too.

This is the second pair of these jeans I?ve purchased. The first pair were a perfect fit, held their color and haven?t shown the wear my Levi?s always did. This pair will be just as fantastic.

In 70 years, these are the first jeans that actually fit. These jeans were chosen because of the heavyweight denim so they would wear well. What a surprise that after 3 weeks, they feel like they have been worn for years!

Really thick material ... just what I wanted for winter

The jeans fit PERFECTLY after my second attempt. Now I can re-order in all different colors. The quality is top notch with any jeans I\'ve purchased in a retail store. I\'ve washed and dried them and no shrinkage at all. Just remember that your first-time free alteration is only with the low end denim and NOT with the heavy duty denim as I found out the hard way. The jeans take a while to arrive... about 2 months. Jeans are shipped in nice packaging which gives that luxurious feel of something special. I highly recommend!!!

Good fit, linen is a good quality although a little heavy for summer. The waist is a little loose as was another pair of cotton pants I ordered, otherwise very happy with them.

Despite needing a large number of washes (5 or 6) to stop the dye bleeding, I've never been happier with a pair of jeans. Highly recommended for someone who, like me, hasn't ever had anything bespoke in denim.

Finding a petite size leather jacket is a challenge no more 🙂 Having the option to custom your own measurements makes the experience so much easier. I was impressed with both the quality of leather & fabric. The large amount of color choices is a bonus as well. I especially liked the options for adding a warmer lining. I was able to wear it in place of a big bulky coat into the moderately cold winter months. A quality made item for sure.

Great fit! High quality fabric and excellent workmanship. I'm soo glad they followed my sizing request as given. Usually manufacturers outside the U.S. don't believe the sizing of Americans and make the clothes too small. Love these pants

This is the first time I have ordered custom made pants online. I could not be happier. So much so that I bought another pair, which I like just as much, and now I have ordered a third pair because I can't believe how nice it is to have pants that fit right. It is a little bit challenging to get all the measurements right doing it yourself. I suggest grabbing your friend, partner or spouse to help because what you measure is exactly what you get. Finally, the material these particular pants are made from is a hot weather weight cotton material, something I have never run into before. Wow. Living in California, where it's warm most of the time, these are the perfect everyday pants. And, I have worn them on the job, in the heat, and stayed comfortable all day long.

This is a top quality very well made suit. It looks great and has a rich red lining. I really like it. Trouser are a perfect fit but the jacket is a bit too large across the upper back/shoulder area. It really needs altering but the fit was probably a consequence of my self measurement.
