Dear MYOJ, I specifically purchased these lightweight denim jeans for an alumni trip to Switzerland and Italy in May 2022. I selected the black thread and dark buttons to make them look more like blue slacks. I am happy with the cloth weight and look. The seat may be a tad tight and should relax when worn, but that's my bad. Happy with MYOJ!

Love the light weight of the 7oz jeans.... they are made precisely to my custom measurements. I basically live in them. Have 3 pair and plan to buy a fourth pair. I wish they were also available in BLACK .... I would buy 2 more!

I really like this lightweight fabric. My custom jeans turned out very nice and I am ordering another pair and tweaking my measurements a bit. Highly recommend!

I searched a lot of mfgrs. to find a light weight jean to wear down here in Florida during the summer and "Make Your Own Jeans" were the only company I found to offer them. I was a bit skeptical when I saw I had to take measurements and they were going to make them to my specs... especially at the price. But they came out great and are really so much lighter in weight than regular jeans. I was also a bit concerned when I realized they were coming from India, but they shipped and delivered sooner than predicted, so, all in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

This is my second pair in four years; the first were fine but I had a couple of slightly distracting bleached spots from toothpaste or something and it was time for fresh. My sizing measurements had already been saved and still worked so using my online account ordering was failsafe and easy, and the three weeks or so in transit and tailoring were reasonable. By the way the only jeans and such I have found competitive in quality and class are Prana and Columbia sportswear fashions. I may try something else from Makeyourownjeans some time. I allow the marketing e-mail postings . . .

I have tried to find light weight jeans like these for a long time. These are perfect.

I have had at least 10 pairs of corduroy trousers from MYOJ and have always been delighted with the fit and appearance. My only criticism is that I wish they were a little more hard-wearing. I get a couple of years out of each pair, and I don\'t \"baby\" them, so, considering the price, they\'re still excellent value. I find the weak points are usually around the pocket seams. Still, a very happy customer. Roger

My jacket was a little to short/tight. My measurement were from a tailor and I think it was measured a little short. I wish I could exchange my jacket. Other parts of the suit were fine.

This back pocket stitch looks just like the lucky brand design, I\'m very happy with it.

I like the new jeans, the second pair was pretty much perfect. The only thing with those was the front and back is too low, after I asked them to tighten the seat a little. But there still great and I\'ll wear them with long shirts and they will be cute and comfy. Next pair I\'ll have them put an inch back on front and back. So I don\'t have to hide it. Love the heavy/thick Jean fabric I choose.

This is a great program. I sent in two shorts with features I likes on both and with specific changes. Since there were many alterations, I asked to have first short ( I ordered 5) to be sent to me for review before proceeding with the rest of order. They did and made short exactly as I requested, very nice and I was impressed with tailoring and quality. I wanted to make a change in the zipper and they were happy to accommodate me and were very professional. I was going on vacation and did not want to wait for balance of order so they sent me the two that were completed. They requested when I wanted the balance of order delivered and it was there when I returned. They did everything I requested and more. The quality of shorts is amazing. As a demanding businessman myself, I appreciated that the entire process was professional, personal and handled with concern and care. I very tall. No women\'s retail jeans fit me. Men\'s jeans don\'t fit my curves. When these jeans arrived I nearly cried with joy. Oh ? my ? gosh! They fit ? like they were made for me! No pinching. No squeezing. No short rise twisting my underwear. No baggy crotch. No gap in the back. No butt crack showing or, alternatively, no waistband so high they look like waders. No letting out the hem just to get that last ?? of length. I washed them and dried them. They did not shrink at all. They are ? perfect!!
